1. Recently laparoscopic orchiopexy has been accepted as an appealing diagnostic and therapeutic procedure for clinically impalpable testes.

2. Simple orchiopexy was performed in four of them, and laparoscopic orchiectomy was do, ie smoothly in the other two due to severely hypo plastic changes of the testes and the ages of the patients.

3. Methods:A study group of 110 testes underwent scrotal subcutaneous orchiopexy through abdominal transverse cleavage line incision with gubernaculum testis reserved, 108 testes were followed up.

4. Results: The pubic stage, the length and girth of the penis, the volume of the testis and T decreased, but FSH and LH increased significantly in 18 adolescents who had undergone bilateral orchiopexy.

5. Objective To probe into the clinical curative effect of using laparoscopic testis reduction and orchiopexy to treat cryptorchidism .

6. Methods The clinical data of the 16 cases of cryptorchidism by laparoscopic testis reduction and orchiopexy in our hospital in the last two years were reviewed and analyzed.

7. Early surgical correction is the only therapy and it can be undergone orchiectomy or orchiopexy according to the conditions of the ectopic testes.

8. Objective To discuss the feasible and clinic value of orchiopexy reserving gubernaculum testis and appropriate operative age of cryptorchidism.

9. In the control group, 62 testes underwent scrotal dartos orchiopexy and were followed up.
