(1) Such a charge is not registrable against the clearing member under s 395 of the Companies Act 1985.

(2) Only remunerated directorships of local companies are registrable.

(3) When you buy a dog represented as AKC registrable , you should receive an AKC Dog Registration Application form properly filled out by the seller.

(4) Service marks are registrable.

(5) Positive covenants Positive covenants don't run with the land; therefore they're not registrable.

(6) If for any reason it appears to the Registrar that a ship in respect of which an application for registration has been made may not be registrable.

(7) Shareholdings held by a Member's spouse and infant children are not registrable.

(8) Failure to get AKC "registration papers" causes more grief for buyers of purebred registrable dogs than any other problem except sickness.

(9) Without prejudice to sections 60, 61 and 63, if for any reason it appears to the Registrar that a registered ship may have ceased to be registrable.
