1. Results The radial proper palmar digital arteries appearing in region of 4, 5, and the ulnar proper palmar digital arteries appearing in region of 8, 9.

2. Abnormal vasoconstriction of digital arteries and cutaneous arterioles due to a local defect in normal vascular responses is thought to underlie the disorder .

3. The position and morphology of the proper palmar digital arteries, veins and nerves were observed and measured.

4. Conclusion The fingers damaged with segmental injury on both side of proper digital arteries should be treated by vein transplantation and have a good result.
