1. Results In 59 cases of microstomia , the satisfactory result were harvested, t can fulfill the diagnose and treatment of oral diseases, and the needs of daily life.

2. Objective To introduce the cause of the microstomia and the experience of applying of elongation of the oral fissure to correct the microstomia .
