3. Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Client.

4. A certified copy of Memorandum and Arti cles of Association to be up to date.

5. Clear certified copy of each page of your hukou ( a form of household register ) .

6. If the beneficial owner is a corporation,[sentencedict .com] a certified copy of its Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate should be provided.

7. Certified copy of the Register of Members of the Client.

8. A certified copy oft he Business Registration Certificate of the Applicant.

9. We need a certified copy in order to clarify this situation.

10. If anyone included in the application has changed his or her name (for example, by marriage or deed poll ), a certified copy of evidence of the name change.
