1. Research on the cuttage test of Melastoma spp.

2. The researches on Melastoma dodecandrum L. were reviewed at the beginning of this thesis, including plant source, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and clinical applications.

3. In this test , axillary buds of Melastoma dodecandrum were collected as explants studied on tissue culture and rapid propagation.

4. RESULTS Several kinds of active compounds in Melastoma dodecandrun Lour have good biological activities and clinical application.
