1. Objective: To study the higher order aberrations of emmetropic and ametropic eyes with wavefront aberrometer.

2. Participants 40 young subjects were divided into emmetropic group(17 cases) and late-onset myopic group(23 cases) according to results of survey and subjective refraction.

3. ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety, efficacy and predictability of conductive keratoplasty (CK) for correct of presbyopic symptoms in emmetropic and hyperopic eyes.
