1. The contract will generally contain an express warranty intended to be in substitution for a condition which would otherwise be imposed.
2. Company warranty is in lieu of any other express warranty with regard to Company products.
3. An express warranty does not exclude an implied warranty, unless it be inconsistent therewith.
4. An express warranty must be included in, or written upon, the policy, or must be contained in some document incorporated by reference into the policy.
5. Express warranty and implied warranty are two main provisions on the quality of goods.
