(1) Objective Uterin and ovarian artery hemodynamics was observed in normal ovulatory cycle of procreative women, in order to get blood stream parameter to estimate pelvic disease.

(2) Objective:To explore the change of blood flow within uterus artery and ovarian artery in patient with sterility and their correlativities with ovarian cycle.

(3) The result of study suggests that in patients with primary infertility, the blood flow of ovarian artery is abnormal.

(4) In addition, many of these "repeat customers" will require ovarian artery embolization (OAE) as well.

(5) Conclusion The ovarian function is more likely to be affected in the patients whose ovarian artery is visualized during uterine arterial angiography, being manifested as menolipsis or amenorrhea.

(6) The blood supplies of oviduct came from oviduct and isthmic branches of uterus artery and oviduct branch of ovarian artery respectively.

(7) Therefore, the change of ovarian blood flow after hysterectomy can be studied by detecting the change of Doppler parameters of ovarian artery through the Color Doppler ultrasonography .
