1) Displayed on the pichia surface, CALB not only achieved self-immobilization, also has it's heat resistance and catalytic activity improved.
2) The lipase B from Candida antarctica(CALB) displays high enantioselectivity on a broad range of substrates, making it an accepted biocatalyst for asymmetric organic chemistry.
3) We constructed a CALB - displaying yeast whole - cell biocatalyst applied it to esterification from caproic acid and ethanol.
4) The improve of CALB expression resulted in the improve of the catalytic synthesis activity.
5) The work consists of three parts:(1)Investigating the conformation changes of Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) in several polar and non-polar organic solvents by molecular dynamics simulation.
