(1) The gonioscopy showed the thinner corneosclera and a transparent cavity at the surgical site in 19 eyes, but not in the rest 4 eyes.

(2) Gonioscopy of 10 eyes demonstrated peripheral anterior synechia in 9 eyes with increased intraocular pressure for which operation was needed.

(3) Careful gonioscopy accompanied by biometric examination can lead to the correct diagnosis and individualized management in these eyes.

(4) Examinations should include monitoring of the IOP and gonioscopy for pseudophakes and patients with prior vitrectomies to detect mechanical obstruction of the trabecular meshwork by the medication.

(5) The loop fixation of IOL was observed by gonioscopy after mydriasis 3 months after the operation.

(6) The gonioscopy s howed that the trabecula at the surgical site became thinner than preoperative.

(7) Ocular trauma often leads to changes in intraocular structure and tissue. So, slit-lamp examination, gonioscopy and eye B-ultrasonic examination can provide only limited information.

(8) Methods 39 cases (75 eyes) of ocular hypertension were investigated. Theexaminations included CCT, IOP and visual field measuring, gonioscopy, slit-lamp and fundus checking up.
