1. When collecting the land use certificate, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise shall pay the land use fee to the local land administration authority.
2. The land use certificate shall be the legal proof for a wholly foreign-owned enterprise to use the land.
3. Article 49 The mortgage of real estate shall be made upon the presentation of the land use certificate and housing property title certificate.
4. The assignor should handle legally registration for the assigned right to the use of land and issue "State-owned land Use Certificate" within 30 days of accepting the application of land registration.
5. All of the land value should be paid 7 days before land use certificate is transacted by the industrial zone acting as an agent.
