1. Conclusions For unknown reasons in patients with hypopyon, intraocular tumor should be considered and relevant inspection should be carried to avoid misdiagnosis.
2. Results 7 patients showed different degrees of hypopyon, 1 patient with hyphema, 2 cases of cataracts, 1 case with glaucoma.
3. Objective:To analysis of 12 cases of iritis secondary to glaucoma filtering surgery cases occur hypopyon treatment and care.
4. The control group showed obvious iridocyclitis; the treatment group showed mild anterior chamber inflammation but no posterior synechia and hypopyon.
5. The complications included lens tilt, secondary glaucoma, retinal detachment, hyphema and hypopyon.
