Milliband, David David MillibandMil·li·band, Da·vid /ˈmɪlɪbænd, ˈdeɪvəd/ (1965-) a British politician and Labour MP who was Foreign Secretary (2007-2010) when Gordon Brown was prime minister. During Tony Blair’s time as prime minister, he was minister for Communities and Local Government (2005–2006) and secretary of state for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (2006–2007).
