1. Objective To evaluate the application of musculus diaphragma pacemaker electric stimulus for accessory respiration.

2. Objective To find out the possibility of omni-liver blood stream interruption blocking the inferior vena caval pericardium inter-portion by incisioning diaphragma central tendon through the abdomen.

3. The gastric motility was not significant changed during stimulating AP after the vagus nerves beneath diaphragma were cut.

4. Conclusion It is possible to block the inferior vena caval pericardium inter-portion by incisioning diaphragma central tendon through the abdomen.

5. The results showed that the inhibitory effects of AP on gastric motility were withdrawn by the vagus nerves vagotomy beneath diaphragma .

6. Results 5 cases with meningioma were located in intrasellar region. 4 cases in the tuberculum sella, 1 case in the diaphragma sella.
