1. Results: Hemangioblastomas were often located in cerebelli and vermis cerebelli , other parts of brain were rare.

2. MRI shows a cystic mass located in the vermis of the cerebellum that has a solid component on the right.

4. Objective:To investigate the surgical methods for resection of vermis superior tumors in children.

5. Results:Hemangioblastomas were often located in hemispherium cerebelli and vermis cerebelli, other parts of brain were rare.

6. The foci found were in vermis (36) and cerebellar hemispheres (6).

7. Results In acute period the findings of CT was the hypertensity area on cerebellar hemispheres or vermis.

8. Findings: Head CT: Predominantly cystic lesion in the cerebellum involving deep cerebellar hemisphere and extending to the vermis.

9. Rusults All 8 cases of mutism syndrome possessed a giant tumor in the cerebellar vermis, of 6 tumors invaded the fourth ventricle. All were complicated by other neurological deficits.

10. We encountered a 53-year-old man with bilateral chronic otitis media who developed an abscess in the junction of the vermis and right hemisphere of the cerebellum.

11. Cystic appearance of the posterior fossa does not always represent a Dandy-Walker spectrum anomaly. Absent vermis may be confused with Dandy-Walker anomaly, especially on prenatal ultrasound.

12. Objective The microvasculature of the anterior lobe, posterior lobe and cerebellar vermis was observed under the optical microscope in 6 rats.

13. The nucleus fastigii was situated to the middle line at the anterior end of the superior vermis,() and over the roof of the fourth ventricle.

14. Syncope occurs in severe brain MRI: the fourth ventricle, basal cistern to expand, suggesting that the brain stem, cerebellar vermis atrophy.

15. Activation was also seen at the right precuneus and posterior thalamus with stimulation, extending into the superior vermis.

16. Objective To refine the transcerebellomedullary fissure approach to the fourth ventricle and dissect the fissure to obtain sufficient operative view without splitting the inferior vermis.

17. Results:8 cases located in cerebellar hemisphere, 5 cases in vermis, 10 cases in fourth ventricle.
