Oliver is very keen that people should use fresh organic ingredients, and in 2005 he began a campaign to improve the quality of food given to students in school meals. He has also opened a number of charity restaurants around the world called ‘Fifteen’ which teach young disadvantaged people to do jobs in the food industry.
