Kelly, Dr David Dr David KellyKel·ly, Dr David /ˈkeli/ (1944–2003) a British government scientist who killed himself in 2003. He had told a BBC journalist that the government had been inaccurate in its report about whether Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and was in serious trouble because of this.
