1. Methods: 15 cases with recurrent tracheal stenosis after tracheoplasty during past 20 years were reviewed , and the cause and treatment experience were analysed in 13 cases of 3-5 times operation.

2. Purpose:To discuss and study the practical value of a new tracheoplasty technique in tracheal cancer surgery.

3. Conclusion Continuous submucosal suture could prevent or reduce early or late stage complications after tracheoplasty and bronchoplasty with fine healing stoma.

4. URPOSE To study the practical value of new modes of tracheoplasty in tracheal surgery.

5. METHODS 22 patients with tracheobronchial pathological lesion at different area were operated on at our hospital by different modes of tracheoplasty and bronchoplasty.

6. Rid-muscle flap and ring pedicled with vessels were made of the 3rd rib and the attaching intercostal muscles, and the tracheoplasty and tracheal restoration were performed.
