1. This article analyzed the manifestations of the MR images (made by 2.0T system) of the 28 children with sporadic cerebritis.

2. Results: types of misdiagnosing were: brain infarction 6 cases: cerebral hemorrhage 4 cases: cerebritis 3 cases: meningiomas 4 cases, and metastases 6 cases.

3. Destination:Clinical speciality, error diagnosis factors, treatment and prognosis etc of psychonosema type sporadic cerebritis weredefailled.

4. These two types of the MR images manifestations correspond in the main with the etiologic and pathologic classifications of the sporadic cerebritis.

5. Several evidences have shown this specific immune response in CNS play a key role in many immune diseases, such as anti-bacterium, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune cerebritis and so on.

6. Results: MRI proved more sensitive than CT in diagnosis of cerebritis stage and cerebral edema.
