Philby, Kim Kim PhilbyPhil·by, Kim /ˈfɪlbi, kɪm/ (1911–88) a British spy (=someone who gives secret information to a country's enemies). He was a member of the British Secret Intelligence Service during and after World War II, but all the time he was secretly working for the Soviet Union.
